Micro Pannier / Fork Bag with Old Man Mountain FLIP System
Our Micro Panniers are built for riders who value simplicity, minimal weight, and rock-solid attachment. Designed in partnership with Old Man Mountain, these panniers feature the no-rattle, quick-attach FLIP system for effortless mounting and removal.
With a compact 2.5–4L roll-top design, they’re perfect for carrying essentials without overloading your setup. Each pannier includes an external stretch pocket to keep quick-access items like bug spray, chain lube, or tools within reach on the trail.
These are the smallest in our pannier lineup – ideal for ultralight missions or adding a bit of extra storage without bulk. The Micro Panniers mount securely to any triple boss on racks or fork legs and pair seamlessly with our Mini (4–7L) and Standard (7–12L) panniers for a complete modular system.

2025 Bag of the Year: San Util OMM FLiP
Old Man Mountain’s FLiP cage system made a splash over here, offering a modern take on what is now a ubiquitous component: the cargo cage. The FLiP system combines the bag attachment method of a pannier with the mounting design of a three-bolt cargo cage. But what impressed us was the brand’s willingness to share this development with small makers, of which Colorado’s San Util made our favorite offering.
The San Util OMM FLiP bags are incredibly secure, easy to attach, and come in a variety of custom colors and materials.
The Radavist
Rounding out the list is the San Util Micro Pannier, which stands out as the lightest bag in the lineup at 296 grams. It’s based on San Util’s original mini pannier but is slightly scaled down and redesigned for the FLiP system. When open, it measures 44cm tall, 15cm wide, and 10cm deep, with a capacity of about 4 liters. Roll it down, and you’re looking at closer to 2.5 liters, with the height dropping to around 27cm. There’s more going on here than in most of the other bags. The roll-top closure uses a piece of webbing and a buckle at the top. On the outside, there’s a large external pocket, and attached to that pocket is a strap system with a cam buckle and a metal hook that threads through webbing on the back of the bag, letting you cinch the load depending on how full it is.
