Scrap Patch Hats — One-of-a-Kind, Made From Our Offcuts

Meet our most limited (and most fun) hats yet. Every Scrap Patch is made using the leftover offcuts from our bag production—small pieces of VX21, EPX, Cordura, and other fabrics that would normally go to waste. We stitch these scraps into unique patches and sew them onto premium hat blanks. They are all mountain themed scenes with fun color combos and fabrics. 

How Ordering Works

To keep things simple (and because every patch is one-of-a-kind), you choose two things when ordering:

1. Your Hat Blank
   Example: Green Corduroy 5-Panel, Black Nylon Trucker, etc.

2. Your Patch Vibe

   • Neutral / Earthy — muted tones, clean lines, more classic look

   • Bright / Fun — bold colors, playful combinations, more expressive feel

From there, we pick your hat from the remaining stock in the shop. Every patch is different, so your hat will be truly one-off—no two are alike.

• Made from real production scraps, keeping material out of the landfill

• Each hat is unique, but you still get to choose the style direction

• Limited quantities based on whatever hats we have left in the shop. 

A Note on Variety

While you are getting to pick your hat and the general vibe, you are not going to know what the exact patch looks like until you get the hat. We are not going to allow swapping of these hats. You get what you get, but don't worry, they are all fire.
