Working with Adam at San Util has been an excellent experience. My order arrived on time and the bags are of the highest quality. I'm super impressed with the fit and finish of my panniers and frame bag. That alone is enough to merit a 5 star rating. However, I ended up having a slight issue with one of my bags, and Adam called to resolve it immediately. By far the best customer support I've ever experienced. Adam was kind in his dealings and his passion for his work shines through both his products and the support he offers to his customers.

Adam at San Util design is amazing. I have ordered several bags and even had some custom work done. He is so professional with the process and is great at keeping in touch and explaining his work process so you get exactly what you asked for. When ever I have my bags out people will always comment about how cool they are. I will continue to support and order from San Util Design his stuff is just awesome!

a year ago Love my Covert Hip Pack. The design is absolutely dialed--I hardly notice I'm wearing it. A key feature is quick hip strap adjustment. This was time consuming on my previous pack. Every time you add or subtract contents, you need to adjust the hip strap, so it's great for this to be easy.
