The Roly Poly is our medium size handlebar bag that is roughly 3L and overstuff-able to about 5L. Features include: side stretch pockets that are covered by the roll top "lid", a zipper front pocket, front daisy chains and adjustable loops underneath as well as 2 small drop pockets inside to separate out all the goodies.
This bag is perfect for a long day of gravel grinding to the multi-day bikepacking mission when paired with other bags.

The custom bikepack bag market is a crowded landscape and there are plenty of unique options. While this isn’t a revolutionary product, it is a well thought out solution with excellent build quality. Little details like the front zipper pocket and small internal pockets - great for cash or cards - adds to its function. The external webbing lets it carry far more than its 3-5L internal capacity. I didn’t find the stretch pockets particularly useful, but that isn’t necessarily a complaint. They barely add any weight to the design and aren’t in the way. They’ll be there if I ever need them.

It’s just what I needed for fall bike rides when I need to remove and store layers as the day warms up.
The Roly Poly is a fantastic, versatile handlebar bag that has quickly become my go-to for shorter rides where I don't need the bulk or capacity of something like a BxB Goldback. The construction is incredibly robust, and the feature set is exceptionally well-executed.
My only constructive feedback is that it would benefit from an HDPE stiffener in the roll-top closure, similar to what is found on modern dry bags. This addition would make securing the main compartment much easier and more consistent.
Even as is, it’s a stellar piece of gear. I would love to see that small design tweak in a future iteration of this otherwise excellent bag. Thanks for the great product!

Love this bar bag so much! Color options are on point, construction is great. The front zipper is my fav feature, it fits a phone/keys perfect with the security of a zipper makes life so super easy. 10/10
So far I really love this bag. It fits so many occasions as it rolls down very compact for everyday small loads but the expandable nature adds for when you need to pack more. Looks great rolled tight or stuffed and stays put. The additions like the zipped pocket, side pouches and external strapping is a big plus. I use a Swood Twisted T Bar which gives it support and makes taking on and off a snap.
Perfect size - lots of space and fits perfectly on the handlebars.
Can pack it out or run light and roll it with no issues. Everything from snacks to an extra layer.
And it looks damn good too!
The roll top is great! First overnighter on my bike it rained and everything stayed dry. It was the perfect size for everything I needed to access quickly...outer layers, gloves, snacks, gloves, hat, lock, etc. And the coyote brown is a great alternative to black/gray.
It's also easy to move between bikes so there won't be an excuse not to bring it whether it's for a run to the market, or an epic 4 day getaway.
We have purchased several San Util items and have been happy with the quality and usefulness of all of them. The Roly Poly Handlebar bag is our latest purchase. It mounts easily and securely to the handlebar and stem. Holds all the stuff I used to keep in my seat bag with lots of room for more. I love the fun color (black splatter). I'm very pleased with this purchase.
Perfect size bag for my needs. Fits nicely between my brakes. Really stable with the supplied Voile straps and shock cord. Well made. Rolls down nice and secure. The only thing I would change is adding velcro to the opening of the main compartment at the top. Otherwise, fantastic bag.
I bought this to add some extra storage for long day rides on the mountain bike. However, it has become my daily bag. I love offloading snacks, layers, and other goodies from my hip pack into the handlebar pack. It lives on my bike at this point. Great functionality.
to find this handlebar bag! It’s perfect for rides when I don’t want to wear a hip pack or to have more capacity than just wearing a hip pack like those all day rides and be able to carry that extra layer or burrito.
I took this bag on the Kokopelli Trail and it was the perfect addition to carry extra gear each day. It stayed put on my bars over some pretty chunky terrain and was extremely convenient to grab snacks and layers out of. I also like that you can overstuff it, giving you a little extra room for gear, need be. I recommend this bag 10/10 for any bikepacking adventures or longer day trips.
